If you cancel, your subscription runs through the end of the paid year and your data stays available for 90 days after — re-subscribe or download a backup. After that, it's permanently deleted.

Common questions

What happens after my 30-day trial?
You can keep using the app for another 90 days in read-only mode — log in, view, export — without paying. After that 90-day window, family data is permanently deleted unless you've subscribed. Your data is preserved until that deletion date.
Can I add or remove students mid-year?
Yes. Adding a student adds a prorated charge; removing one credits the prorated amount. Charges scale with how many students you actually have — up to the $75/year cap, after which additional students are free.
How is pricing calculated?
$20 per student per year for 1 to 3 kids — 1 child is $20, 2 is $40, 3 is $60. At 4 or more children you're on our flat $75/year family plan: one price for the whole family, no matter how many kids. Annual only — billed once a year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Every major card via Stripe Checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work depending on your device.
What if I cancel? Do I lose my data?
No — we retain your full account for 90 days after cancellation. You can re-subscribe and pick up where you left off, or download a full backup ZIP (records + uploaded files) from Reports and walk away. After 90 days the account is permanently deleted.
